Our Zircon flour is produced by fine grinding high-purity zircon sand, and can also be obtained through deep processing of zircon concentrate from mineral beneficiation. The powder features a uniform particle size distribution, good flowability, and strong air permeability.
It has high refractoriness, low thermal expansion coefficient, and strong chemical inertness, making it resistant to chemical reactions under high-temperature conditions. Strict impurity control ensures stable performance, reducing expansion defects in casting applications and providing good compatibility with binders.
Our zircon flour is widely used in precision casting face coatings, stainless steel casting, industrial refractory materials, ceramic formulations, and abrasive auxiliary materials, serving as a critical raw material for precision manufacturing and refractory industries.

Actual production capacity is 4,000 tons/month, with a maximum capacity of up to 6,000 tons/month.
We support OEM/ODM customization, including production based on customer drawings or samples. Sample development cycle is 15–20 days. Regular stock is sufficient, and repeat orders can be prioritized for faster delivery.
