Refractory zircon powder is produced from selected high-purity zircon sand through flotation, electromagnetic separation, and fine grinding classification processes.
The material features extremely high refractoriness, low thermal expansion coefficient, and excellent dimensional stability under high-temperature conditions. It offers strong resistance to molten metal corrosion and outstanding thermal shock resistance. Impurity content is strictly controlled, ensuring no softening or cracking during high-temperature operation.
Our Refractory Zircon Powder is widely used in high-temperature refractory castables, industrial kiln linings, refractory brick precast parts, metallurgical furnace linings, glass furnace refractory systems, and high-temperature insulating refractory products.

R&D & Manufacturing Strength
Our factory has been deeply engaged in the zircon industry for 24 years, operating a large-scale production base of 250,000 m².
Production equipment includes:
- 15 flotation production lines
- 10 electromagnetic separation lines
- 40 ball mills
- 3 automated packaging lines
We have also established two high-standard laboratories equipped with particle size analyzers, whiteness meters, spectrometers, and other precision testing instruments.
In addition, a dedicated R&D team continuously optimizes product formulations and production processes to ensure stable output of high-standard refractory-grade materials.
