Sanitary ware raw material is formulated by combining deep-processed zircon sand series products with titanium-based and kyanite mineral raw materials. The material features a balanced particle size distribution, strong batch-to-batch consistency, and a thermal expansion coefficient highly compatible with sanitary ceramic firing systems.
It offers excellent whitening performance, strong body–glaze bonding strength, anti-cracking and anti-seepage properties, and stable chemical characteristics. The material effectively reduces defects such as pinholes, deformation, and color variation in sanitary ceramic products.
Our Sanitary Ware Raw Material is widely used in the production of ceramic bodies and glazes for toilets, basins, bathtubs, shower enclosures, and smart sanitary ceramic products.
