• Coarse Ilmenite Sand is an ilmenite sand product specially developed for coarse-grained application scenarios. It is the main associated product in the zircon sand beneficiation process, and is a coarse-grained ilmenite finished product obtained after gravity separation and magnetic separation classification purification. Relying on 24 years of mineral separation experience and large-scale beneficiation production capacity, our Coarse Ilmenite Sand has stable output and uniform grade, with TiO₂ content steadily above 45%, round and full grain shape, and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in foundry, heavy medium beneficiation, wear-resistant flooring, counterweight and other fields, and is a cost-effective titanium coarse-grained raw material. • Coarse Ilmenite Sand has both the high density and high hardness characteristics of ilmenite and the engineering advantages of coarse-grained aggregate. When used as face sand or back sand in the foundry industry, it has high density and good thermal stability, can effectively resist the scouring of high-temperature molten metal, reduce casting sand scouring and sand burning defects, and has significant cost advantages compared with zircon sand, making it an economical alternative for ordinary castings. When used in heavy medium beneficiation, the density can reach 4.5-5.0g/cm³, with high separation efficiency and low loss rate, and can be recycled. When used in wear-resistant flooring and counterweight materials, it has high hardness and good wear resistance, which can significantly improve the wear resistance and counterweight efficiency of materials. Our Coarse Ilmenite Sand undergoes strict classification and screening, with uniform particle size and low mud content, and can be put into use directly. Conventional coarse-grained specifications have a large amount of regular stock, with sufficient monthly supply capacity, which can meet customers' large-batch and continuous procurement needs. For large-batch formal orders, the settlement method of "50% deposit upon order placement, balance settled before shipment" is implemented, taking into account the capital security and transaction trust of both parties.
